Company Story

Vitamehl is a German-Georgian company. It was found in 2017 and directly and exclusively represents the German companies Mühlenchemie GmbH & Co. KG and DeutscheBack GmbH & Co. KG in the Caucasus region. Mühlenchemie GmbH & Co. KG has held a leading position in the field of flour improvement and standardization for over 100 years and currently holds 22% of the global market share. Since 2017, Vitamehl has been supplying mills, bakeries, and confectionery manufacturers across the Caucasus region with high-quality European improvers, premixes, and ingredients. In 2023, in addition to its headquarters in Tbilisi, the company opened a branch office in Baku, staffed with a team of highly qualified Azerbaijani experts. Today, Vitamehl operates technology centers in Tbilisi and Baku. Additionally, the Stern Technology Center in Ahrensburg, Germany, is at our disposal, where Georgian and Azerbaijani technologists work closely with German colleagues to develop tailor-made products for clients and support them in overcoming specific technological challenges. Our goal is to continuously provide customers with the latest industry developments, offer innovative solutions, and support the production of high-quality products. This enables our partners to achieve and maintain leading market positions, as evidenced by our numerous successful projects.
